Morning Sadhana – Stroll & Meditation in Nature

The Sanskrit word, “Sadhana,” means; roughly, “path & practices” … My Path, The Path, My Practices, The Practices that bring me back to awareness of My Path. We all need opportunities to reunite with our Path, for our spirits to be nurtured by Practices that renew & reignite. In this outdoor experience, you will Practice conscious walking & sitting meditation, you’ll breathe with an animal, you’ll learn to pause & to allow what the moment offers you, and you will tune in to listen to Mama Nature.
