This 6 week Yoga Series is for YOU … for all of you … for the parts of you who need time and space to regenerate & to rest, to empty & to refill, to reunite with & to spend time with your true self. No prior Yoga experience necessary. For all bodies & abilities! … A little movement, a little meditation, a little writing … a lot of inner-listening, a lot of breathing, a lot of being present. This is a 6-week series beginning on Oct 21 & occurring Saturday mornings weekly thru Nov 25. NOTE: This special “first time” series ticket price is paid up front in total. (Having taught for 20 years in a different location, we’re checking to see who might attend in this location. If there’s interest in continuing weeks, a by-week price of $10 will be planned.) Come sit in at the edge of the woods in a small circle of others who also are seeking stillness and space to breathe and to be. Each time you come to meditation you are a beginner – so whether you’ve “tried it” or not, this will be a new beginning for you … for all present. Guided by lifelong Nature lover and longtime meditator, Jan, who loves to dive headfirst into another new beginning! And My Path & My Practices that bring me back to awareness of my Path.)
“Breathe | Relax | Feel | Watch | Allow” … This will be a study of how to apply meditation practices in your life now, how to reap the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of simply being present, bathed in the moment. Whether you are just now looking into meditation or you have been a meditator for years, this is simply for us all. Your teacher, Jan, has practiced for 30+ years & considers herself a beginner each and every time she dives into meditation. A wholistic wellness practitioner, she says she’s both teacher & student of the path of Yoga, Ayurveda, herbalism, & music therapy. She describes her calling as “simply sharing my Sadhana.” (Sadhana, a Sanskrit word meaning roughly, The Path & The Practices, as well as My Practices that bring me back to awareness of My Path.) – 90 minutes & herbal refreshments available afterwards in The Tiny Tea Room.
