After a couple decades on an acre of land, we bought 30 acres, packed up our chickens & honeybees, dug up as many of our perennial herbs as we could, & planted ourselves on an abandoned farmstead here in Bullock Creek, SC.

It was the year 2020 & the world had turned upside down. We needed good roots, good soil, good vibes .. and we wanted to share our path to here & our steps into the future.  And so we have been renewing this old farmstead with the intention of sharing it with others through agritourism, (a “mod” word that can be translated as “ya’ll come!”) – offering educational & personal enrichment experiences through guided walking tours, workshops & retreats, and even overnight opportunities.

This place has soothed our hearts & minds, deepened our relationship with Nature’s gifts. We know it will yours too.

What’s Coming Up? …

…. The Little Country Store is just getting opened and grounded … and slowly filling with our homestead products (alpaca fleece products, herbal teas & seedlings, pottery, eggs, & produce,) as well as local artists’ wares and … “who knows what all?!,” as Andy Griffith would say.

…. a couple of RV sites are available now by reservation & tiny cabins coming in Fall ’23 … for short overnight retreats for Nature-lovers, artsy folks needing to refill the well of inspiration, passersby, and anyone needing a nourishing re-charge
